How to send something back, and what it costs.

30 days from the day it arrives. It needs to be unworn and in a condition the studio can sell again. A paid return costs £2.95, taken off your refund. A faulty piece costs you nothing.

Open the receipt link that was emailed to you and ask for a return there. You get a label and an address. There is no account to make and nobody to phone.

The £2.95 is the postage, not a penalty and not a margin. We charge it because free returns are paid for somewhere — usually by raising every price, so the people who keep things subsidise the people who do not. We would rather charge the person posting the parcel.

If the piece is faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, the return is free and you get the delivery charge back too. That is your statutory right and this page does not shorten it.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations give you 14 days from delivery to cancel and another 14 to send it back. We give 30 days because the legal minimum is a floor, not a target. Where anything here is less generous than the law, the law wins.

Back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of the studio receiving the piece, and usually sooner. We will email you when it is sent — refunds land at your bank's pace after that, not ours.

Anything made or altered to your measurements, and anything sealed for hygiene reasons once it has been opened. Both are told to you on the piece's own page before you buy, never discovered afterwards.
